Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vinyl Wrap Installer / Window Tint Installer / PPF technician to join our team. This role involves applying high-quality vinyl wraps, window tinting, and paint protection film (PPF) to vehicles, ensuring a professional finish that meets customer expectations. The position offers flexible compensation options, including hourly or commission-based pay, depending on experience and performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive customization, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and ensuring they are free of dirt, grease, and imperfections before application.
• Measure and cut vinyl wraps, window tint films, and PPF accurately to fit various vehicle models.
• Apply vinyl wraps smoothly and precisely to achieve seamless finishes without bubbles or wrinkles.
• Install window tint films adhering to safety standards and legal regulations regarding tint darkness.
• Apply paint protection film (PPF) to protect vehicle paint from chips, scratches, and other damage.
• Inspect finished work for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary to meet high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest techniques, products, and industry trends related to vehicle wrapping, tinting, and PPF installation.

Skills

• Proven experience in vinyl wrapping, window tinting, or PPF installation is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for precision and quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to interpret measurements accurately and work with various materials.
• Good manual dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to working with adhesives, films, and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability when handling different vehicle types.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding customer needs.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
