What You’ll Do as a Volleyball RefereeAs a Volleyball Referee, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our games are fun, fair, and safe for everyone involved. Your responsibilities will include:
You’ll primarily work games in the East Valley on Saturdays, with general GameDay hours ranging from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM , depending on the location. While we’re looking for team members who can consistently commit to Saturdays, we understand life gets busy and are open to providing some flexibility when needed.
What We’re Looking ForNo prior officiating experience? No problem! We’ll provide training to help you succeed in this role. Here’s what we value in our Volleyball Referees:

CompensationPay starts at $16/hour-$20/hour , with experienced referees eligible for a negotiated rate.
