A leading financial services firm in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, manage inquiries, and take messages as needed.
Coordinate conference room scheduling, meeting logistics, and visitor arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and general front desk correspondence.
Maintain an organized and presentable reception area and assist with general administrative tasks.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
1–3 years of experience in reception, front desk, or administrative support, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
